Ex-Detroiter Is Sued On 1st National Note A suit for $20,000 damages was on file today in Miami, Fla., against Otto Misch, former Detroiter; brought by B. C. Schram. receiver for the defunct First National Bank. The suit charges Misch stil lowes $10,259 on a. note he signed in 1932 for $13,000.
