Bank Receiver Assailed For Political Statement CLEARWATER Feb. 15.-(Special. P. Jackson. senior state bank examiner in charge of the Tampa district, today issued statement assailing the action of E. C. Slight. receiver of the Bank of Largo, in which Slight, in published statement, urged former depositors of the bank to see him before voting for certain candidates "who owe the Pinellas county bank money they will not pay. The statement was made without permission or knowledge of the state banking department or Comptroller Amos, and was unethical Jackson said. TAMPAN GETS APPOINTMENT William B.
