The First National Bank was a busy place last night, cashing the checks of the delegates to the K. of P. convention still in the city Funds for this purpose were previously deposited in the First National, and checks to the attending delegates for their expenses were issued by the proper official of the Grand Lodge. The First National very accommodatingly opened last night at about seven o'clock and for an hour or so it looked like a run on the bank. Some three or four thousand dollars were paid over to the delegates.
