Stebbins, of Kansas City, who was 21. rested at Chezenne last Saturlav, charged with forgery in connection with the receivership of the Bank of Sun Dance, Wyo., was brought to Sun Dance. where he had a hearing before Court Commissioner Nicholis and was discharged. It is said the charre of forgery was trumped up by Receiver Adams, and that it has all the appearance of an attempt to black. mail. Stebbins is connected with a string of banks extending from Kansas City to Cheyenne, the Black Hills, Montana and the Pacific coast.
