Sheridan Banker Dead With Head Blown Of, Think It Is Suicide Sheridan, Wyo., March 11.-The body of George W. Perry, local banker, was found in a gulch on the outskirts of this town Saturday morning with his head blown off with a riot gun clutched in his hands. Coroner C. E. Stevenson said every indication pointed to suicide. Perry was president of Sheridan National bank and the Sheridan Trust & Farmers bank. A coroner's jury later found that Perry had come to his death by suicide. Motive for the act is believed to have been worry over ill health and personal finances. Officials of the banks in a formal statement issued following the finding of the body ,announced that the liabilities Perry had entailed were in no way connected with his banks. A slight run occurred on the Sheridan National bank during the morning but with the issue of a statement by the associated banks of Sheridan, declaring that the institution had been isfied the ban kis solvent and is in abisfied the ban kis solvent and is in absolutely sound condition," the tension passed.

Perry. 54, former state senator and president of the Sherivan National and Sheridan Trust and Farmers' banks. whose body was found on the outskirts of this town this morning, had come to his death by suicide. Motive for the act was believed to have been worry over il! health and personal finances. A slight run occurred on the Sheridan National bank during the morning but with the issuance of a statement by the Associated Banks of Sheridan, declaring that the books of the institution had been examined by bankers who were "satisfied the bank is solvent and In absolutely sound condition," the tension passed.
