Boughner against Granville, Knight, admr. of the estate of Jno. C. Wagner, deceased; Bertha Ellen Wagner, Michael Wagner, Lloyd Wagner, Jefferson Wagner, George W. Wagner, Albert D. Mitchell, Harvey W. Mitchell, Dorsey L. Mitchell, Daniel Boughner, Homer D. Boughner and Oliver P. Boughner, late partners trading as Boughner & Sons; Collin A. Lawson receiver of Eureka Loan & Building Association; Martha 0. Goff, M. B. Curkendall; Brown Manufacturing Comapny, a corporation; Meigs J.
