Notice Eureka Loan & Building Association Notice to Stock and Bond Holders. By a decree of the Circuit Court of Harrison County pronounced on the 17th day of September, 1904, the undersigned was appointed Receiver for the Eureka Loan & Building Association, and in accordance with said decree I have employed an expert accountant to examine the books and papers of said association for the purpose of ascertaining the cause of its losses and the amount of its assets and liabilities. Therefore in order to correctly ascertain the true standing of the association, all persons holding the stock, bonds or other evidences of debt of said assocation are requested and hereby notified to present said bonds, pass books or other evidence of debt to me at The Farmers Bank, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, within the next thirty days. Said bonds; pass books and other evidences of debt will be compared with the books of the association, listed and returned at once to the holder. C. A. LAWSON, Receiver. 20oct-eod4tw.

Alexander Henderson, Jack Halloway, John Lipscomb, Lee Robinson, U. Grant Slanghter and Floyd Robinson, as Trustees of Trinity Methodist Episeopal Church, at Clarksburg, West: Virginia, Eureka: Loan & Building Association, a corporation, Lewis C. Lawson, trustee, Charles B. Lambert, Philip P. Steptoe, as trustee of the estate of Charles B. Lambert, bankrupt, and Collen A. Lawson, receiver of Eureka Loan & Building Association.-In Chancery. By an order of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia entered therein on the 24th day of April, 1905, the above entitled cause was referred to me, as commissioner, to take state and report an account, showing: First, The amount of the indebtedness due to the plaintiff by reason of the contract made and entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant, Charles B. Lambert Second, The liens and charges upon the real estate in the bill in this cause described, by whom held their respective amounts and priorities, and the probable value of said real estate, and of the land and building separately. Third, Whether the rents and profits of said real estate will be sufficient to pay off and discharge said liens and charges and the costs of this suit in five years.
