SALE OF REAL ESTATE. I, Z. W. Crockett, Special Receiver, by virtue of the authority vested in me by a decree entered by the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, in the chancery cause therein pending in the name of R. Carter Wellford, who etc., vs. United Banking & Trust Company, will, on the 2nd day of February, 1907, at 10 o'clock, a. m., at the front door of the law office of Crockett & Crockett, in the City of Bluefield, County of Mercer and State of West Virginia, proceed to sell by way of public auction to the highest bidder all that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the city of Bluefield, County of Mercer and State of West Virginia, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Lying on the North side of the Norfolk & Western Railway and adjoining the lot of the Brick Company, of Elijah Trigg and the Wm. A. Harris lot, and fronting forty-six (46) feet on Reese street, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake, a corner of the Wm. A. Harris lot and a corner of the lot hereby conveyed; thence North forty (40) feet to a stake, corner of a lot of W. I. Lusk; thence with the line of said Lusk and Trigg East eighty-nine (89) feet to a stake in the edge of Rees Street: thence South,, with the line of said Rees street, fortyforty (40) feet to a stake; thence the Wm. A. Harris lot; thence West forty (4) feet to a stake; thence North six (6) feet to a stake thence West forty-nine (49) feet to the point of beginning. Being the same property conveyed to the United Banking & Building Company (afterwards the United Banking & Trust Company) by H. L. Denoon and Herbert B. Hawes, Trustees, by deed bearing date on the 21st day of June, 1897, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County Court of Mercer County, in Deed Book No. 35, page 240. I will also at the same time and place proceed to sell the following lot or strip of land, which adjoins on the South the above described lot, this strip having been purchased by the United Banking & Trust Company from W. A. Harris and wife, owing to the fact that the building on the above described lot was constructed partly on the strip of land hereinafter described. The said strip or lot of land 1s bounded and described as follows to-wit: Beginning at a point in the West line of Rees street, N. 15 deg 15 min. W. seven hunderd and twen ty-two (722) feet and six (6) friches from the intersection of the said West line of Rees street with the South line of Railroad avenue, said intersection being at the top of the embankment of the Norfolk & Western Railway Company's yard, and running from said beginning point, at right angles with the said line of Rees street, S. 74 deg. 45 min. fiftyfour (54) feet to a point; thence N. 15 deg. 15 min. W. six (6) feet and four (4) inches to a point in the line
