Description

Newspaper notices show the bank is in receivership (Walter W. McClaugherty, Receiver) and real estate of the bank is being sold under court decree (sale scheduled 1906-08-10). There are no articles describing a depositor run; the presence of a receiver indicates the bank had closed and been placed in receivership. I therefore classify this as a suspension leading to closure (suspension_closure).
