RECEIVERS ARE SUING FOR ASSESSMENT CLAIMS Three suits instituted by two bank for stock damtotaling were filed in circuit court Monday George F. receiver of the Citizens bank filed suit against Meeds & Berry. Inc., Florida corporation, for $2,000 damages. The receiver alleged the corporation 10 shares of the banks capital with par of $100 per and should also pay an sessment equal to the par value of the total number of shares. Houser & Wood counsel for the receiver. D. S. Hudson. as receiver of the bank of Boca Raton, which closed October October 23. 1928, is suing George Race and H. T. Kamiya in similar suits, the former for $2,000 damages and the latter for $500. Shelby Buford. of Boynton, represents the receiver in each suit.
