ORDERS DEPOSITORS TO PRESENT BOOKS
State Secretary of Banking Peter G. Cameron today issued statement calling on all depositors and creditors of the Peoples Bank of Maytown, recently taken over by the state, to present their deposit pass books other evidence indebtedness of that bank to L. Homsher, special deputy in charge, at the Lancaster Trust "Unless a settlement of such deposit or pass books other evidence of indebtedness" the statement continues, "shall show different amount be due, or unless depositor within four months of the date of this notice proof in the manner set forth in Sections and 42 of the Act of Assembly that the amount due differs from the amount as shown by the books of said bank, the last mentioned shall be conclusive as the amount of the claim. subject. as aforesaid, to outstanding checks or other ob-
