NEAR RUNS ON BANKS AT BAY CITY AVERTED Civic Leaders Express Confidence in Banks With Radio Talks GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) Runs which threatened Green Bay banks after closing of the Brown County State Bank for check by state officials today appeared halted as prominent citizens and bank officials joined, in expressing confidence in the solidarity of the institutions.
