National Bank Changes The latest bulletin of the comptroller of the currency, dated March 14, 1898, gives the following, among other changes: Liquidation-The National City bank of Boston, Mass., by resolution of its stockholders, dated February 15, 1898. The First National bank of Waterville, Wash., by resolution of its stockholders, dated February 24, 1898. Insolvent-The Cheyenne National bank. Cheyenne, Wyo., J. R. Hanna receiver in place of J. W. Foster, to take effect March 10, 1898. The German National bank of Denver, Col., W. A. Platt receiver in place of Z. T. Hill, resigned, to take effect March 15, 1898. The Commercial National bank of Denver, Col., W. A. Platt receiver in place of F. Adams, resigned, to take effect March 15, 1898.
