Grinnell many years, as receiver of the Spokane Savings bank, to wind up its affairs, but he has at last accomplished the task and comes within 6 per cent of paying the creditors in full. He was yesterday ordered by Judge Kennan to pay the last money to the creditors. This last payment is $9596.95. Some of the creditors can not be found and their shares will be paid into court to be held for them.
