Asstin, J. K. Edmiston, the Security Savings Bank and H. H. A. Hastings, its receiver, the Washington National Bank of Seattle, and Willis L. Ames, defendants. No. 24465, and to me, as sheriff, directed and delivered: Notice is hereby given, That I proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash. within the hours prescribed by law for sherIff's sales, to-wit: At 10 o'clock a. m 1902, on the 7th day of June, A. D., before the court house door of said King county, in the state of Washington. all of the right. title, and interest of the said defendants in and to the following described property. situated in King county, state of Washington, to-wit: The undivided two-thirds parts of or Interest in and to the following tracts: the (N. W. 1/4 N. W. 1/4) northwest quarter of the northwest quarter and (E. Y S. W. 3/4 N. W. 14) the east half of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, all being in section (15) fifteen, township (24) twenty-four north of range (4) four east of the Willamette meridian, levied, on as the property of defendants to satisfy a judgment amounting to twentyone thousand five hundred ninety nine and 99.100 dollars. and costs of suit in favor of the plaintiff.
