Will Pay Depositors. Seattle, Oct. 23.-Oliver C. McGilvra, attorney for M. D. Barnes, receiver of the Internationel Trust company of this city which closed its doors Tuesday, says that the immediately available assets of the bank will be sufficient to pay the depositors something over 90 per cent. on their deposits, and they will be eventually paid in full. Officials of the bank say the trip of Otto Otteson, the manager of the concern, to the east, has no connection with the present difficulty, being for personal reasons solely. "The affairs of the bank," said Mr. McGilvra, "are now in the hands of Mr. Barnes, who has furnished a bona for $50,000. This has been approved by the court. Judge Tallman having appointed him as receiver. The first news which Mr. Barnes had of the failure of the Mexican bank was when he read of it in yesterday's papers.
