Kincaid, his wife, to the Selah Valley Ditch Company, and assigned to plaintiff, said note bearing date 5th day of January, 1892, for $1280.00, and to foreclose a mortgage executed to secure the payment of said note by said William Kincaid and Lucy E. Kincaid. his wife, upon the following described real estate, situate in the county of Yakima, state of Washington. to-wit: The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter (nw) of 8W1/4) of section twenty-nine (29) in township fourteen (14) north of range eighteen (18) east of the Willamette Meridian, containing forty (40) acres, more or less, together with all and singular the privileges, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUMMONS FOR PUBLICATION. In the superior court of the state of Washington for Yakima county: Sol Levinson, plaintiff. vs. Wm. Kincaid and Lucy E. Kincald, bis wife: Jennie French and Lou French. her husband; Bion H. Smith: Wallace-Coburn Hardware Company, a corporation: W. J. Callingham: Aut.,1. Eaton; Sarah P. Ellis; John S. Miller and G.S. Hough. late partners under the firm name of Miller & Hough: Robert Wingate, as receiver of the Merchant's National Bank of Tacoma; A. J. Query; E. R. Leaming: William B. Dudley; S. 8. Foster, as administrator de bonis non of the estate of L. H. Brooks. deceased; Willis Boatman: Fred D. Barto, as receiver of the Bank of Puyallup; and Selah Valley Company, a corporation, defendants.
