Roberts is plaintiff and the Puget Sound Loan, Trust & Banking Company is defendant, authorizing and directing me so to do, I will offer at private sale at my office, No. 1462 Holly street, in the City of New Whatcom, Washington, until the 19th day of March, A. OPOSALS FOR LEASE-The Board Regents of the University of Washyour will receive sealed proposals up roon of Wednesday, April 4, 1900, for wing for a term of thirty (30) years the net known as the Old University site, Seattle, King county, Wash. The messals must state the amount not to be paid for each peof five (5) years during said and agree that The lessee, if warded m. the lease will furnish a bond of from a surety company satisfacin to the Board of Regents, for the Subful performance of th conditions of BE lease. The lessee must also agree furnish to the university free of cargo during said term the following: to (2) rooms at least forty feet square, 10 (3) rooms at least fifteen feet mare, one (1) room at least twenty feet spare. and two sets of tollet rooms and doak rooms, one each for male and femin students.
