ELIJAH BURTON, Com's. 113wx GEORGE HOPKINS IN THE MATTER OF THE DANBY BANK.- At Chambers the 15th day of July A. D. 1872. The Receiver of the Danby Bank prososes rendering an account of his receivership. Where. upon it was ordered that said account be examfined, for allowance, at the Bates house, in Rut. land, in the county of Rutland, on the 2d day of August, A. D., 1872, at two oclock in the afternoon and that all persona be notified thereof by publishing a copy of this order for five days in the Daily Rutland Herald, published at Ruiland, and for two weeks in the Manchester JOURNAL published at Manchester, previous to the 2d day of August, A. D. 1872, aforesaid. By order of the Chancellor. 923wx H. K. FOWLER, Deputy Clerk.

All persons holding certificates of claims allowed will forward them, to the undersigned, at Manchester, Vermont, for payment. And it was further ordered that notice ut said Dividend he given. us puplication, three weeks in the Rutland Weekly HERALD.,The last publication to be at least three weeks before the said first day of October, 1872. At Rutland, the second day of August, 1872, it was ordered, by the Chancellor, for the First Judicial District, that a final Dividend of thirty cents and nine mills, on the dollar, be paid to the creditors of Danby Bank, by the Receiver, on, or before the first day of October next.
