Description

Article (Sep 21, 1933) states the National Bank of Orange County at Chelsea has been restricted and in the hands of conservator since the March 'holiday' and that reorganization is underway. No run is mentioned. Conservatorship indicates regulatory/government action; the piece signals planned reorganization (suggesting an eventual resumption), so I classify as a suspension with expected reopening.
