LEGAL NOTICE, RGINIA-IN THE CHANCERY V COURT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND. THE 23D DAY OF MARCH, 1905. Plaintiff, Hannah Kerr VS. Defendant. William Kerr IN CHANCERY. The object of this suit is to secure for said plaintiff from said defendant a divorce, a vinculo matrimonii. And affidavit having been made and filed that the said William Kerr is not a resident of th's State, it is ordered that he appear here within fifteen days after the due publication of this order and do what may be necessary to protect his interests in this suit. Gillesple and others for use as evidence in my behalf in a certain suit pending in the Chancery Court of the city of Richmond, Va., wherein I am plaintiff and you are defendant. There 18 in the hands of Wm. Patrick, Substituted Trustee, Staunton, Va., the sum of $858.60 of the assets of the Virginia Banking & Trust Co., collected by the trustees to whom that institution assigned upon its suspension, which fund is being administered by the said court in the above styled cause. All persons having any claim to said money are required to appear before the said court within sixty days from the time this publication is complete. which will be about April 8th, 1905, and establish their claim to the same.
