LEGAL NOTICE, RGINIA-IN THE CHANCERY V COURT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND. THE 23D DAY OF MARCH, 1905. Plaintiff, Hannah Kerr VS. Defendant. William Kerr IN CHANCERY. The object of this suit is to secure for said plaintiff from said defendant a divorce, a vinculo matrimonii. And affidavit having been made and filed that the said William Kerr is not a resident of th's State, it is ordered that he appear here within fifteen days after the due publication of this order and do what may be necessary to protect his interests in this suit.
