Wood, which took place in the Hustings Court yesterday, ended in a hung jury. In the Law and Equity Court yesterday, in the matter of the Planters' National Bank of Richmond and others against Breeden, Talley & Co. and others, Williamson Talley was appointed receiver, and entered a bond for $10,000, the Virginia Trust Company going security. A suit was instituted by C. H. Page against H. A. Catlin for $150. In the Chancery Court Sarah C. Acree qualified as executrix of the estate of Mary E. Sclater.
