DEPOSITORS Mechanics' Bank Receivers to Send Checks Monday. Depositors in the defunct Mechanics Savings bank will receive per cent. dividend on Monday when checks aggregating about $20,000 will distributed at the Consolidated Bank and Trust Company, it announced here today. The distribution been thorized by Judge William Moncure of the chancery court, but the receivers, James W. Gordon and Randolph were instructed not pay checks for an amount than cents in the per cent. distribution. Where the depositors claim for 50 cents less will be held until the next distribution.
