Another suspension.-The Maryland Savings Institution has suspended the receipt and payment of deposites for the present.By a private letter from Richmond, we learn that several important failures occurred in the City last week. The Farmer's Bank had given notice that its facilities would be curtailed shortly, and it was supposed the Virginia Bank would soon take the same course. The E'ections.-We have heard from all the counties with the exception of Randolph and Grayson. The Whig majority in the Legislature will be about thirty-large enough.-We shall give a corrected list of the whole number, as soon as practicable.-
