CHANCERY COURT OF RICHMOND, THURSDAY. The following cases were disposed of: Lathrop vs. Cowles's administrator, &c. Decree referring cause to a commissioner for inquiry and report. Rose, trustee, vs. Rose, &c. Decree reinstating cause, beretofore removed from the docket, and substituting a trustee in the place of one who is dead. Brommelt vs. Satterwhite; same vs. Augustine. Decree for sale of property in the bills and proceedings mentioned. Gordon vs. City Savings Bink. Decree on report of receiver directing the payment of certain expenses incurred by said receiver.
