THE UNDERSIGNED WHO HAS this day been appointed and has qualifled as receiver of the Chancery Court or Richmond city in the suit or short style of "Citizens Bank us, Edwin B. Snead and als." therein depending, will in pursuance of order of said court, offer for sale privately until further notice, at the store of SNEAD & CO., at 1215 east Cary street, Richmond, Va,, a large stock of FLOUR. MEAL, HAY, and other MERCHANDISE in lots to suit the trade, and upon a credit as to all sums over $100 of thirty days, taking approved paper therefor. JOHN PICK &ELL. Receiver.
