# NOTICE TO TRESPASSERS. ALL
persons are hereby forbidden to trespass on my lards by hunting, fishing or otherwise, as I will enforce the law strictly against them.

# DISSOLUTION
The Co-partnership heretofore existing between A. J. Friou and A. S. Crawford, was dissolved on the 13th day of July, 1868.
Co-Partnership. The business formerly conducted by Friou & Crawford will hereafter be carried on under the style and firm of Friou & Moon. We will keep constantly on hand a fresh supply of Confectioneries, Fruits, Oysters, Cheese, Crackers, Sardines, Tobacco, Segars, &c., which we will sell cheap for cash. Our Candies are made by the best manufacturers in the country and are warranted free from poisonous adulterations. We respectfully invite a call from the public at our store on New street, opposite Va. Hotel.

Dissolution of Copartnership. The concern of Hoge & Mason was dissolved by mutual consent, taking effect July 1st, 1868. All who are indebted to the concern will please come forward and settle at once.

# ALL CREDITORS OF THE BANK
of the Valley in Virginia are hereby notified to file their claims with the undersigned, Receiver; or with J. S. Carson, Master, at Winchester; or John Echols, Master, at Staunton; and prove the same, according to law, before the first day of October, 1868,
And notice is further given, by order of the Circuit Court of the United States, for the District of Virginia, in Equity, in the cause of the Merchants National Band, et al., vs. the Bank of the Valley in Virginia, et al., that the said Court will, on the first day of November, A. D., 1868, direct the whole fund thon in the hands of the Receiver, in money, to be fully and finally divided among such creditors as shall file and prove their claims, as aforesaid, before the first day of October, 1868; and that all who fail to do so, shall be allowed to participate only in the remaining assets which may thereafter be collected and distributed.
