MRS. GREEN ASKS THAT THE SALE BE SET ASIDE. Chicago, Feb. 15.-Mr. Hetty Green, of New York, and Edward H. Green, her son, filed a bill in the United States Circuit Court this morning against Henry A. Barling and Edward D. Mandell, of New York, trustees: William H. Peters, receiver of the Norfolk National Bank of Virginia, and a number of Chicago real estate dealers, asking that the recent sale of a section of land to the Grant Locomotive Works, be set aside. The contention is the same as that made in the case decided against Mrs. Green in the State Court a day or two ago, that the price paid was inadequate.
