Suit on a Bond. R. B. Cooke and C. G. Elliott, receivers, for the use and benefit of the Citizens' Bank of Norfolk, Va., have entered suit against J. P. Horbach. Thomas Cavanagh, Carroll T. Hobart. John F. Olmstead, James E. Waugh, and George W. Cochran to recover $25,000. The first three named entered into a contract to run the Virginia Beach Hotel, giving the other defandants as sureties, and the suit is against the e bond for failure to comply with the terms (1 he contract.
