No. 40-In Equity. COURT OF THE UNIINDIA the Eastern District of Virginia. At Richmond, in said district, on Saturday, October 19th, 1872. William Bayne, et als vs. Farmers' Bank of Virginia, et als-In Equity. Ordered that the sale of the lot of land in the city of Lynchburg, belonging to the Farmers' Bank of Virginia, made and reported by David J. Saunders, Receiver of said Bank, be ratified and confirmed unless exception be taken thereto, within thirty days from this date.
