inafter. 2. TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROP ERTY: (a) 1 old Burroughs ad ding machine, now in office of Walter Lee Rush; and, (b) 1 legal size filing cabinet, now in the office of E. J. Sutherland. Each article to be offered for sale separately at first; then as a whole; for cash in hand. 3. JUDGMENTS AND DEEDS OF TRUST: To be divided into four equal parts by number, or as nearly equal as possible, tak en in the order as listed in the report of Commissioner Pobst, and each of said four parts to be offered for sale separately at first; then as a whole; on the terms shown hereinafter. (NOTE: If the highest bid for the whole in the three groups above does not exceed the sum of the highest separate bids, the highest separte bids will be accepted.) 4. NOTES NOT REDUCED TO JUDGMENT: To be offered for sale in bulk as listed by Commissioner Pobst for cash in hand. 5. ALL OTHER ASSETS: To be sold in bulk for cash in hand. All sales of said assets shall be subject to the approval or disapproval of the said Circuit Court. TERMS OF SALE: The terms of sale of the real estate, and judgments and deeds of trust (groubs 1 and 3 above) shall be: Cash in hand for one fourth (1-4) of the purchase price, and the balance of purchase price to be due and payable in three equal instalments in six (..), twelve (12), and eighteen (18) months from the date of sale, to be represented by three negotiable notes of equal amounts with approved security, due and payable as aforesaid with interest from the date of sale, and containing waiver of homestead exemptions; or said purchase price may be paid in cash on day of sale, or anticipated thereafter at the option of the purchaser. The terms of sale of all items not in Groups 1 and 3 above shall be for cash in hand on day of sale. Copies of the list of judgments will be available to the public in the Clerk's Office of Dickenson County, Virginia, and in the offices of Walter Lee Rush and E. J. Sutherland in Clintwood, Virginia.
