OLD BANK TO PAY 3 PER CENT TO DEPOSITORS The affairs of the old Dickenson County Bank are being wound up, and it was announced this week that all depositors and creditors of the defunct bank will be paid 3 per cent of their accounts at this time. Depositors are asked by the receivers, Walter Lee Rush and E. J. Sutherland, to call or write them at Clintwood for their checks.
