YOU ARE HERBBY NOTIFIED that by a decree rendered on November 10, 1906, by the Circuit Court of the city of Alexandria, Virginia, in the chancery cause of John A, Marshall VS. Farmers and Mechanics' Savings Bank et als., I was required to give notice to the depositors of said bank that all persons entitled to dividends, who have not collected the same, will, if they fail to collect them by the 1st day of January, 1907, be for eyer barred from participation in the of the defendant corporation.
