Mr. Leonard Marbury, receiver of the Farmers and Mechanics' Savings Bank, has declared a dividend of 16 per cent. to the depositors of that bank, payable on and after the 25th inst. This will be the final dividend and, with the others heretofore declared, amounts to 123 per cent.

# CIRCUIT COURT Judge James Keith presiding. The will of D. A. Windsor, deceased, was admitted to probate and B. S. Windsor qualified as executor. The will of S. B. Stoutenburgh, deceased, was admitted to probate and his widow, Ann R. Stoutenburgh, qualified as executrix. A. W. Armstrong qualified as guardian of W. M., Edward and H. H. Hammerdinger. The Manufacturers' National Bank of Baltimore vs. B. F. Peake; attachment quashed; judgment for plaintiff for $522.31. Wm. Chauncey and Sherman Fowler appointed trustees of Trinity M. E. Church. Chesapeake Embroidery Co. vs. State of Virginia Insurance Co.; judgment for plaintiff for $2,000 damages. H. G. Daleny's executors vs. W. W. Herbert; judgment for defendant. [This was a friendly suit to construe a section of the will of the late H. G. Dalany] Kintz vs. Critcher, trustee; rule to file answer. The members of the Board of Excise Commissioners qualified. J. Southgate Lemmon, of Baltimore, was admitted to practice law in this court. Martha Chatham vs. George W. Harrison et al.; final decree. McVeigh's executor vs. McVeigh et al.; answer and cross bill filed to petition of J. L Chamberlain. Wm. Hodgson, admr. vs. W. L. Hodgson et al.; case submitted to Judge for decree in vacation. S. F. Beach, executor, vs. Robert Mumford, trustee, et al.; report of F. L. Smith, trustee, confirmed and money ordered to be paid to J. M. Johnson, admr. of W. N. McVeigh, and appeal taken. Shipman vs. Fletcher; motion to amend final decree denied. Graham vs. W. C., V. M. & G. S. R R; report of Commissioner Armstrong confirmed and Commissioner Hunton ordered to make deed to Eva M. # DIVIDEND DIVIDEND.-As will be seen by a notice elsewhere, Mr. Leonard Marbury, receiver of the Farmers and Mechanics' Savinge Bank, has declared a dividend of 16 per cent. to the depositors of that bank, payab'e on and after the 25 h inst. This will be the final dividend and, with the others heretofore declared, amounts to 123 per cent.
