BUSINESS MATTERS. Application for a Receiver. Paris, Texas, March 17.-W. R. Clement instituted suit today against the Paris Exchange bank, Mrs. Clement, his mother, and H. A. and R. M. Clement. his brothers, asking for a receiver to wind up its affairs and injunction compelling defendants to turn over the books and assets to the receiver. The bank was organized several years ago under the State laws, and voluntarily went out of business nearly three years ago.
