1220-Key agt. Roberts; motion to dismiss appeal submitted by Mr. W. C. Prentiss in support of motion and leave granted to file brief in case No. 1199 on motion to dismiss.
1143-Ross agt. Ross; 1144-Ross agt. Ross, and 1145-Ross agt. Ross; decree in so far as it adjudges the custody of Frances Rebecca Ross to her father, Samuel Ross, and in so far as it refuses a divorce to Lulu Frances Ross, affirmed, and in so far as it grants the petition of Samuel Ross for a divorce reversed; costs in this court to be paid by Samuel Ross, and cause remanded with directions to vacate the decree therein entered, and to enter a decree in accordance with the opinion of the court, and for such other and further proceedings therein, if any, as may be right and proper and according to law; opinion by Mr. Justice Morris.
