New potatoes, beans and peas at TURNER & DINGEE'S. FORT WORTH MAN HONOREL. Wirt A. Paddock Gets the Dublin Bank Receivership. Comptroller Eckles has appointed Wirt A. Paddock receiver of the suspended Dublin National bank. Mr. Paddock is Mayor Paddock's elder son, and was formerly cashier of the Democrat Publishing company. When the mayor was appointed receiver of the Brownwood bank, Wirt was really in charge. The splendid record he made managing the affairs of that institution had much to do with persuading Mr. Eckles to place him in charge of a bank alone. He has hundreds of friends all over Fort Worth and Tarrant county, and all join in congratulation at the good fortune that has attended him. It required very little urging on the part of influential friends to Induce the comptroller to give him the plum.
