OKLA. MAN IS BANK RECEIVER J. C. McKinney of Durant Will Arrive Today. J. C. McKinney of Durant, Okla., has been appointed receiver of the State National bank of Austin. according to information received by The Austin American Monday night. Mr. McKinney is enroute to Austin and expects to arrive here today. He is an experienced banker, the brother of B. ("Buck") McKinney vice president of the American Exchange National bank of Dallas, and who was formerly governor of the Federal Reserve bank. The appointment was made by the federal comptroller of currency

New Bank Pays State National Depositors $765,000 on Claims The Republic Bank and Trust company of Austin, succeeding the State National bank, now in receivership, will open its doors here on May 16, and the depositors of the original bank will receive an immediate deposit credit of 86 per cent on their money, approximately $765,000.
