Description

Articles show the First National Bank of Paris was in receivership by June 1918 (receiver Joe Gray advertising sale of stock) and court actions in Feb 1919 confirm receiver reports and distribution of funds. No article describes a depositor run; the bank had been placed in receivership and disposed of assets, so this is a suspension leading to permanent closure/receivership.
