MR. R. C. CHUCH has had a full and final settlement with the Chancery Court of his trusteeship of the funds of the Columbia Banking Co., and elsewhere in this issue makes a plain business statement of the result. His management of the affairs of the suspended bank, has been painstaking and prudent, and realized for the creditors even more than was expected, considering the times. when collaterals and endorsers heretofore good, have, by untoward misfortune proved, in many instances, entirely worthless.
