An Interesting Case. SIOUX FALLS, S. D., Nov. 14. - An interesting case will be tried here at the coming term of court which will call attention once more to the failure of the Plankinton bank at Milwaukee. M. Grigsby of this city was a business partner of F. T. Day in the loan busi. ness. He claims a contract with Day under which loans were to be made. Grigsby was to pay 7 per cent for money and was to share with Day the profits in interest and foreclosures. When Day failed Grigsby attached 1400 acres of land in this state valued at $55,000 to protect his equity therein. P. P. Peck, mayor of this place and president of the Minnehaha National bank, was made receiver. The case will be tried on an action to vacate the receivership and the attachments.
