Legal Notices. N°TICE OF SALE OF ASSETS. State of South Dakota, Seventh judicial circuit. In circuit con t in and for Fall River county. In the matter of the receivership of the Minnekahta State Bank of Hot Springs, South Dakota. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned receiver of the Minnekahta State Bank will, on Saturday, the 12th day of August, A. D. 1899, at 9 o'clock a. m., at the front door of the court house in the city of Hot Springs, in Fall River county, State of South Dakota' sell at publicjanction,the assets of the Minnekahta State Bank, said assets consisting of promissory notes, mortgages, and judgments against certain persons, besides the following described real estate: Lot No. 12 in block No. 9, of the town of Hot Springs, South Dakota. Lot No. 35 in block No. 15, and lot No. 4 in block No. 20 in Fargo & Prentice's addition to the town of llot Springs, and lot No. 5 in block No. 2 of Minnekahts addition to the town of Hot Springs (except the south 75 feet of said lot), and lot No. 3 in block No. 14 of Minnekahta a dition to the town of Hot Springs, and the northwest quarter of section No. S in township Ssouth of range 5 east.
