DAKOTA BANK FAILS. First State Bank of Clark Goes Into the Hands of Receiver Fred Ware. Clark, S. D., March 17.-The First State bank of this city falled today. Fred Ware has been appointed receiver. The bank had $12,000 capital and $4,000 surplus. Its last statement about six weeks ago, credited it with $115,000 deposits. The officers were: H. C. Dockover, president; S. N. Brown, vice president; Charles Jackson, cashier; H. E. Anderson, assistant cashier.
