NOTICE TO CREDITORS State of South Dakota, I County of Brookings. s SS In Circuit Court, Third Judicial Circuit. In the Matter of the Liquidation of the Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Bushnell, South Dakota. WHEREAS, The Farmers & Merchant. State Bank, a banking corporation, of Bushnell, South Dakota, is insolvent and has been taken charge of by the Superintendent of Banks of the State of South Dakota, for the purpose of liquidation under the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 1, Part 18 of Title 6, of the Revised Code of 1919 of the State of South Dakota. BE IT REMEMBERED, That all persons claiming to be creditors of the Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Bushnell, are hereby called upon and required to make proor of claim of such credit, and file the same with the Superintendent of Banks at his office in Pierre, South Dakota, on or before the 5th day of December, 1922. This notice is being published for ten consecutive weeks in the Brookings Register, Brookings, South Dakota, and a copy of this notice is being mailed to the last known address of all persons whose names appear on the books of said bank as creditors thereof, together with a blank appropriate for making proof of claim and necessary instructions. Also a letter setting out a statement of the condition of the bank at the time of suspension, and brief data as provided by the statute relative to the cause of suspension.
