In the Matter of the Liquidation of the Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Bushnell, South Dakota. WHEREAS, The Farmers & Merchant. State Bank, a banking corporation, of Bushnell, South Dakota, is insolvent and has been taken charge of by the Superintendent of Banks of the State of South Dakota, for the purpose of liquidation under the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 1, Part 18 of Title 6, of the Revised Code of 1919 of the State of South Dakota. BE IT REMEMBERED, That all persons claiming to be creditors of the Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Bushnell, are hereby called upon and required to make proor of claim of such credit, and file the same with the Superintendent of Banks at his office in Pierre, South Dakota, on or before the 5th day of December, 1922.
