Estate. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Circuit Court of Hughes County. made on the 16th day of November, 1917, the undersigned, John Hirning. as Public Examiner of the State of South Dakota in charge of the above named bank, will sell on competitive bids to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: The South half (1/2) of Section Fifteen (15), Township One Hundred Thirteen (113). Range Seventy-six (76). and the Southeast quarter (1/2). of Section Two (2), Township One Hundred Thirteen (113), Range Seventy-five (75). Sully County, South Dakota. The Northwest quarter of Section Fifteen (15). Township One Hundred Twelve, Range Seventysix (76). Hughes County, South Dakota. Sealed bids will be received not later than the 31st day of December. 1917, at the office of the Banking and Finance at Pierre, South Dakota, and that said real property will be sold for cash to be paid on the execution and delivery of a conveyance to said property, and the right to reject any and all bids is reserved: no sale will be completed nor conveyance delivered without the approval of the court. Notice is further given that a certified check or draft equal to ten per cent of the whole amount thereof, must accompany each bid. and rejected bids with their certified checks will returned to the respective bidders immediately upon the rejection of such bids, Dated this 17th day of November. 1917.
