NOTICE OF SALE State of South Carolina. County of the Common Pleas court. First Carolinas Joint Stock Land Bank of Columbia, Plain- Lowden Brooks and Cambridge Bank, Receiver of the Bank of Ninety Six. Defendants. Pursuant to decree of the Court the above stated cause, will sell Public Outery to the highest bidder at Greenwood Court House, S. front of the Court House door during the legal hours for such sales on Salesday in April 1929, being the 1st day of said month, the following described premises wit: or plantation All that land situate, lying and being Brooks Township, Greenwood County, State of South Carolina, containing six hundred and, sixty (660) acres, more or less, bounded by lands of Miss Brooks and Mrs. R. Johnson on, the north; east by lands of King: on the south by lands of R. Rob. inson and Joe W, Tolbert and on the west by lands of John Robertson and Estate Wilson Hasting, land the tracts of being one of the said Lowden conveyed Brooks by Trustee date deed of Bankruptcy, by in and recorded September 1922 of the Clerk of Court the office for Greenwood County in Deed Book page 257 Terms of sale: Cash. Lowden Brooks and Cambridge Bank, Receiver of the Bank of Ninety Six. Defendants Pursuant to decree of the Court in the above stated cause, will sell at Public Outery to the highest bidder at Greenwood Court House, S. C., in front of the Court House door during the legal hours for such sales on Salesday in April 1929, being the 1st day of said month, the following described All that tract or plantation of land situate. lying and being in Brooks Township. Greenwood County, State of South Carolina, containing six hundred and sixty (660) acres, more or bounded by lands of Miss M.
