FOWLES TO PAY DEPOSITORS CASH Townsend Signs Order in Bank Matter. PAYS ON MONDAY Judge Gets Report Receiver of Savings Bank & Trust Company. Depositors in the defunct Columbia Savigs Bank & Trust company will October receive an adidtional divi. dend of 25 cent., representing cash in the sum of $75,000 under the terms an order signed yesterday by Judge W. H. who thorized James H. Fowles, receiver of the bank, to make the payment.
