NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION At a general meeting of the stockholders of the State Bank of Bluefield, West Virginia, a corporation held at its offices in the city of Bluefield, West Virginia, on the 15th day of August, 1908, by agreement of all said stockholders and pursuant to notice the following preamble and resolution were unanimously adopted, to-wit: Whereas this bank having sold, assigned and transferred all its property and as sets be and the same is hereby dissolved and its business discontinued, and notice of such dissolution shall be given and published as required by law, and this resolution together with the certificate of the publishor of the newspaper in which the same may be published shall be cer. tified by the president of this corporation under his hand and the common seal of the corporation to the secretary of state, DAVID E. JOHNSTON, President. GEO. S. STRADER, Secretary.
