JUDGE REFUSES PLEA FOR BANK RECEIVER Mauldin Says Directors Can Liquidate Defunct Anderson Bank. Anderson, July affairs of the Bank of Anderson will be liquidated by the directors, subject to the supervision and control of the bank examiner, W. W. Bradley.
