Wheress, by satisfactory evidence presented to the undersigned, It has been made to appear that the Merchants' National Bank of Chicago, in the City of Chiesgo, County of Cook and State of Illincis, has been dury organized under and according to the TOjuirements of the act of Congress entitled An act to Provide a National Currency, secured by 3 pledge of United States Bonds and to provide for the Circulation and Redemption thereof," approved June 3d, 1864, and 133 complied with all of the previsions of said act required to be complied with before commencing bask ners of banking under said act.
